EU delivery at Padel Locus makes it easier to order padel equipment online from Estonia to supported European countries. You can buy padel rackets, padel shoes, balls, bags, clothing and accessories, and see the available shipping method and delivery cost before completing your order.

Padel equipment shipping across Europe

Padel Locus ships online orders from Estonia. The exact shipping price depends on the destination country, parcel size, delivery method and cart value. The final delivery price is always shown in the cart or checkout before payment.

Supported delivery countries and estimated delivery times

Padel Locus currently delivers to supported EU countries. Country codes follow the ISO country code standard. Delivery times are estimated working days after dispatch.

Cyprus and Malta are not included in the current delivery list. Because of this, we describe our service as delivery to supported EU countries, not delivery to every EU country.

Delivery discount based on cart value

We use a simple delivery discount system: every 15 euros in your cart gives you 1 euro off the delivery price.

• €15 cart value – €1 delivery discount
• €30 cart value – €2 delivery discount
• €75 cart value – €5 delivery discount
• €150 cart value – €10 delivery discount
• €300 cart value – €20 delivery discount

If the delivery price for your country is lower than your delivery discount, the delivery becomes free. For example, if your cart value is €150, you receive a €10 delivery discount. If shipping to your destination costs €10 or less, your delivery price becomes €0.

How delivery price is calculated

Delivery price is calculated automatically in the cart and checkout. The system checks your delivery country, available shipping method and cart value, then applies the delivery discount if your order qualifies.

• Select your delivery country – available methods are shown for your destination
• Get a delivery discount – every €15 in the cart gives €1 off shipping
• Check the final price – the exact shipping cost is shown before payment

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary by country and delivery method. The exact cost is calculated automatically before payment. Your cart value can reduce the delivery price, because every €15 in the cart gives €1 off the shipping cost.

If the delivery discount is equal to or higher than the shipping price for your destination, delivery is free.

Tracked delivery

Orders are shipped with tracked delivery where tracking is available from the carrier. After your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive delivery information by e-mail.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are shown in the table above. Orders are prepared as quickly as possible, and the available delivery method is shown during checkout.

Public holidays, high order volume, carrier delays or remote destinations may affect delivery time.

Order tracking

When your order has been shipped, tracking information is sent to the e-mail address used during checkout, if tracking is provided by the selected delivery service.

If you have not received your tracking information, please first check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us and include your order number.

Returns from supported EU countries

Customers from supported EU countries can contact us about returns and exchanges. The product must meet the return conditions and should be unused, clean, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Before sending a return, contact us at info@padellocus.com and include your order number, name and the product you want to return.
