Payment at parcel machines
You can pay for your order by bank card or bank transfer before picking up your parcel from the parcel machine.
Omniva, DPD and Venipak parcel machines – you can only pay for your order at parcel machines by bank card.
Itella parcel machines – you can only pay for your order by bank transfer before picking up your parcel from the parcel machine.
Placing an order
To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments
- Visa/Mastercard card payments
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
NB: When paying by bank transfer, be sure to click on the “Back to merchant” button on the bank page.
The payments are intermediated by Montonio Finance UAB, a company registered in Lithuania, reg. 3050205122, address Konstitucijos pr. 7, Vilnius, Lithuania.
The owner of the online shop is the controller of the personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance UAB.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the delivery period or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.
