Delivery and shipping information
Delivery at Padel Locus is available through parcel machines and courier service. After placing an order, we usually pack it within 2 working days and send it with the delivery method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the movement of your parcel.
Delivery to parcel machines
At Padel Locus, you can choose delivery to a Unisend, Omniva or DPD parcel machine. We usually pack orders within 2 working days, and after shipping you will receive a tracking link by email.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after the parcel has been handed over to the logistics partner. Delivery time may depend on the carrier, parcel machine availability and seasonal order volumes.
Parcel machine delivery prices
- Unisend parcel machine – 2.32 € including VAT
- Omniva parcel machine – 3.66 € including VAT
- DPD parcel machine – 3.66 € including VAT
Parcel machine delivery in Estonia is free when the selected products in your order exceed 50 €.
Courier delivery
You can also choose Omniva courier delivery. When using courier delivery, please enter the correct phone number at checkout so the courier can contact you if needed and arrange delivery.

Courier delivery in Estonia is free when the selected products in your order exceed 150 €.
When can delivery be delayed?
Delivery may be delayed if logistics partners are overloaded or if circumstances occur that Padel Locus cannot control. For example, parcels may move more slowly during holiday periods, before Christmas or during larger campaign periods.
Tracking link and order status
When your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking link by email. You can use this link to follow where your parcel is and when it is expected to arrive at the selected parcel machine or with the courier.
